- 4+ Years of experience in a full service concept with annual sales exceeding $3M.
- Cultivates a culture focused on employee retention and enhancing the guest experience.
- Demonstrates exceptional financial expertise and a growth-oriented business mindset.
- Hands-on leader, working alongside their time to ensure everyone achieves success.
