- General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 3 to 5 years in a high-end or fine-dining leadership role
- Min 6M+ sales volume, upscale, or fine dining restaurant experience
- Coach, train, and mentor management and service team
- Build and maintain a culture of excellence
