Looking for an Executive Chef for a fast-paced, food-first concept unlike any other. We have a passion for providing every guest with exceptional service and quality food in a high energy, lively atmosphere. We are looking for an edgy, trend setting, Executive Chef that thrives under pressure and still finds time to mentor others.

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a high-end scratch kitchen in an Executive Chef role
  • Extensive Mediterranean cuisine knowledge
  • Experience executing annual sales volumes of $8M or above
  • Dedication to development of team
  • Attention to detail
  • A humble but confident leadership technique
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing
  • Experience with schedule writing and labor costs
  • In touch with new culinary trends
