Looking for an Executive Chef for a fast-paced, food-first concept unlike any other. We have a passion for providing every guest with exceptional service and quality food in a high energy, lively atmosphere. We are looking for an edgy, trend setting, Executive Chef that thrives under pressure and still finds time to mentor others.

Executive Chef Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years working in a high-end scratch kitchen in an Executive Chef role
Extensive Mediterranean cuisine knowledge
Experience executing annual sales volumes of $8M or above
Dedication to development of team
Attention to detail
A humble but confident leadership technique
Experience with inventory and purchasing
Experience with schedule writing and labor costs
In touch with new culinary trends
