Are You the One?
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing—no exceptions.
- Valid RN License—you must be licensed to lead.
- 4+ years of nursing supervisory experience—or are you an RN ready to step up?
- Proven Long Term Care experience—you know this industry inside and out.
- Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations—you live and breathe compliance.
- Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to lead and collaborate.
