We are looking for a dynamic business development manager to join a growing travel insurance organization. This is a fully remote role for the right candidate, and it will be pivotal in the firm's growth. Growth Manager Job Responsibilities (business development):

  • Required to generate a pipeline of short and long-term business opportunities
  • Own partnerships from start to finish
  • Must be able to drum up new leads, attend industry conferences and events, assess business opportunities, negotiate, and secure partnerships

Growth Manager Job Requirements (business development):

  • Must have four plus years of experience leading BD activities in the travel or insurance industries
  • Demonstrated experience and a track record of successfully establishing B2B2C sales
  • Must be a go-getter, forward-thinking, proactive, with the ability to work independently

Growth Manager Pay and Benefits (business development):
