Payroll AR/AP Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll, AR, AP, and journal entries
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Responsible for posting invoices, bank reconciliation, and month-end
• Creating and running reports using Quickbooks

Payroll AR/AP Lead Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge and experience with payroll, sales, and business tax laws
• Experience with payroll and the related regulatory agencies
• Experiencing using Quickbooks accounting software, P&L forms, and other financial reporting
• Microsoft Office and Excel
• 2-year degree preferred, or prior experience
