Looking for a customer service-focused bartender who loves to be in a creative and supportive environment where the job of wowing your customers is a priority. Some service background and wine knowledge are also required. Looking for Sundays and Mondays off, please apply!
Bartender Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of bartending experience. NO JOB HOPPERS
- Liquor, beer, and wine knowledge is a must
- Michelin or luxury service skills are required
- High integrity, ethics, and honesty
Bartender Job Duties:
- Ensure guest satisfaction is always at the highest level
- Assist the management team with restaurant opening and closing duties
- Assist guests with beverage selections and provide personalized guidance
- Assist the Bar Director with the selections of the liquors used in the restaurant
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
- Perform monthly inventory, with managing invoices, submit inventory, and maintain the organization of the bar
