- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive passion in the kitchen
- Demonstrated career progression and growth
- 3-5 years of Executive Chef experience, ideally in high-volume environments
- Hands-on approach to team development and training
- Experience managing operations with annual revenue exceeding $10M
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and communication skills
