Restaurant Director of Operations

This upscale, full service restaurant and live music operation is seeking a talented and driven leader for it's Restaurant Director of Operations role. If you have experience leading complex restaurant and entertainment operations, creating systems and processes, driving revenue and profits, and leading operations teams with both hands on and more broad oversight we'd like to schedule an interview with you today!

Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities

  • Financial and budgetary accountability as well as profit and loss management
  • Guide, lead, and assist the management team in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Train, coach, and mentor the restaurant team
  • Create, uphold, and ensure all operations standards are met
  • Provide extraordinary guest service

 

Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications

  • Superior financial acumen
  • 5 years of restaurant management and 3 years of advanced operations leadership
  • Background in live music, entertainment, and beverage management a huge plus
  • Tech savvy, understanding of various POS systems, ability to use computer software
  • Experienced creating standard operating procedures
