Assistant Director Of Nursing Benefits:

Assistant Director Of Nursing Requirements:
- You must be a Registered Nurse.
- You must have at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
- You must be knowledgeable about Dementia and have experience in a Memory care facility.
- You must know assisted living regulations.
Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- You must supervise the team in Memory Support.
- You must assist the Director Of Nursing with hiring, planning, and training.
- You must support families and be available to assist in touring the facility for prospective families.
- You must create an environment that feels like home to the residents.
