Steakhouse Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Experience with steakhouses is a plus
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal health and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to both give and receive direction
