Our client, a well-established and respected law firm seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to become a key member of their team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Legal Assistant Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $50k-$70k (based on experience)

Legal Assistant Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a law firm
- Proficiency in providing administrative support to legal teams
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Experience with trusts, estate planning, and/or probate is a plus
- Ability to manage scheduling for meetings, hearings, and court depositions
- Experience coordinating wealth management reporting
- Skilled in general office duties and operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Familiarity with the Florida court system is highly preferred
