Our client, a well-established and respected law firm seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to become a key member of their team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Legal Assistant Benefits and Compensation

Legal Assistant Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in a law firm
  • Proficiency in providing administrative support to legal teams
  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • Experience with trusts, estate planning, and/or probate is a plus
  • Ability to manage scheduling for meetings, hearings, and court depositions
  • Experience coordinating wealth management reporting
  • Skilled in general office duties and operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Familiarity with the Florida court system is highly preferred
