Hybrid Restaurant Accountant Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize financial performance and streamline processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software, TOAST, Restaurant 365, and ADP
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
