Executive Chef

We’re looking for an Executive Chef to join our beloved kitchen, known for its exceptional local ingredients and outstanding service. Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead with a positive mindset and foster a supportive team environment
- Uphold and communicate brand standards effectively
- Set an example with attention to detail and a positive attitude in guest services
- Maintain high standards in ingredient quality and food preparation
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar chef role
- Extensive knowledge of high-volume, scratch kitchen operations
- Self-motivated and hands-on approach
- Ability to uphold high kitchen standards
- Experience with scratch pasta is a plus!
- ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
