Responsibilities:

Overseeing profit and loss and taking corrective action when needed
Train, and develop an outstanding management team preparing each for the next level
Manage brand standards alongside our company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Management experience — at least 3 years in full-service with sales volumes over $6M
Flexible scheduling – 5 days, 50-55 hr work week
Valid driver's license
