• Hire, train and develop team.

Upscale Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Impeccable Integrity

• 3+ years of senior culinary leadership in an UPSCALE or FINE DINING restaurant.

• SCRATCH MENU experience; uncompromising standards.

• Hands-on approach to Training and Developing Team Members.

• Strong Leadership qualities- communication and flexibility are a MUST!

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Servant-Leadership; Hands-on approach. MUST be Friendly and Interactive.
