Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a diverse beverage portfolio and national accounts
- Craft an innovative range of beverages, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options
- Partner with our culinary and operations teams to design beverage pairings that enhance every dining experience
- Lead and mentor staff on beverage knowledge, service excellence, and presentation techniques
- Drive beverage development for both existing and new restaurant concepts, staying ahead of industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH
- Level 1 Sommelier certification or higher
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and building teams
- 5+ years of experience in beverage management
- Extensive knowledge of current beverage trends, mixology, wines, and spirits
- Exceptional leadership and training abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed
