An established and highly regarded Law Firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their team. The ideal Legal Assistant will have the ambition to succeed at a professional and friendly firm. The perfect candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented with great communication skills, and extremely organized.
Legal Assistant Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary in the $50k-$70k range (based on experience)
- Full health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Simple IRA
- Growth potential
Legal Assistant Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm preferred
- Associates Degree or higher
- Experience with trusts, estate, and/or probate management a bonus
- Provide administrative assistance to legal team
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and court depositions for legal team
- Coordinate wealth management reporting
- Perform general office duties
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- Familiarity with Florida court systems highly preferred
