JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for exceptional food service, customer service, and operations by managing all aspects of the kitchen, guest interactions, and catering functions. You will be directing and motivating your team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- A manager who wants to develop their management skills fully and can grow into a District Manager
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a great attitude is required
- Experience developing teams in fast-paced environments
- At least 1 to 3 years experience in either full service or fast-casual concepts.
- Solid progression and tenure with potential for additional growth
- This position requires overseeing a large staff
- Five-day work week, 50-55 hours a week
