Bar Manager Responsibilities

· Coach and lead your team to deliver a top-quality products and memorable guest experiences

· Curate a culture of professionalism, communication and creativity to perform at high levels

· Manage and be present during service to elevate and support guest service

 

Bar Manager Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience in managing high-volume, bar programs

· Proven problem-solving, organizational and leadership skills

· Possess extensive knowledge of beer, wines and mixology AND a collaborative spirit
