We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our amazing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. This role is hybrid!!
Account Manager Benefits:

Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
- Work closely with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, coverage, and premiums on behalf of clients.
- Ensure policy documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Proactively manage policy renewals, coordinating with clients to assess any changes in their business that may impact coverage.
- Negotiate and secure competitive renewal terms to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Account Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
- Active P&C License.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office applications.
