We are looking for an Auto Parts Store Manager with the ability to drive a high level of customer service, generate profitable sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and effectively lead a productive team and operation.

Auto Parts Store Manager Benefits:

Auto Parts Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Cultivates a true TEAM work environment and meets or exceeds all financial and performance-based metrics
  • Maintains a consistent flow of communication with management and works in harmony with all other functional support groups
  • Engages team members and business activities in a way that produces profitable market share expansion
  • Ensures a safe work environment for all employees and brings quick and effective resolutions to business issues and opportunities 

Auto Parts Store Manager Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of either successful automotive or HD truck aftermarket parts store management 
  • Practices open and clear communication and thrives in a fast-based business environment
  • Ability to balance customer and business needs while protecting the best interest of the company
