Finance Director Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $150K-$165K
- Work/life balance being mostly REMOTE (in-office 3-4 times a month)

Finance Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (MBA is a plus)
- 7+ years of hands on experience in financial analysis & controllership
- Knowledge of California School Accounting protocols & requirements
- Strong understandings of financial and strategic decisions within not-for-profit institutions
- Ability to lead a team, make timely decisions, & set/meet deadlines
