Our well-known Louisville restaurant is looking for our next General Manager to lead our team while caring for your valued guests. We have been up in sales the last two years and are seeing new guests each week.

Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Experience leading a restaurant with $3M or greater in annual sales
• Ability to read a P & L while using it to improve profitability without limiting the guest experience
• Strong experience hiring, training, and coaching your restaurant team
• Knowledge of culinary and beverage programs to create service and guest programming
