We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team! Join our restaurant, in this exciting opportunity to be part of a purposeful and reputable company! Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a scratch kitchen setting
- Experience managing in Washington, DC required
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a personable approach, a coaching mentality, and a commitment to upholding restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Strong back-of-house/kitchen knowledge with the ability to support your team as needed
- Proven track record of meeting standards, exceeding expectations, and building relationships with a focus on attitude and drive
- Passionate, patient, and persistent with high business acumen and hands-on experience managing P&L and cost controls
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed guest expectations
- Train, coach, and direct the team, maintaining high standards and ongoing training
- Build respectful, accountable relationships with team members
- Stay hands-on and engaged, managing as if you own the place
- Ensure excellent customer interaction and retention by connecting with every guest
- Maintain high service standards with meticulous attention to detail
