Appellate Attorney Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive salary range between $180k – $450k, based on experience.
• 2-3 days a week in the office, leniency for work-life balance.

Appellate Attorney Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from a Top 25 accredited law school and admission to a state bar (AM100 preferred).
• 2+ years of comprehensive Appellate experience (2022 Grads or prior are encouraged).
• Capability of conducting thorough legal research and writing detailed briefs.
• Present oral arguments before appellate judges, explaining their client's position and answering judges' questions.
• Meticulously review trial records to identify potential errors or grounds for appeal.
• Analyze legal issues and develop strategies for presenting the most compelling arguments on appeal.
• Candidates should exhibit versatility, leadership qualities, and outgoing personalities.
