Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in the restaurant industry, including 2+ years as a General Manager
- Age & Licensing: Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license
- Team Development: Recruit, build, and nurture a people-first culture within your team

- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
