Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and management to ensure the kitchen operates seamlessly
Lead, train, and motivate a team of culinary professionals
Assist in the creation and regular updates of menus that align with culinary trends, customer preferences, dietary requirements, and seasonal ingredients
Assist in inventory management, cost control, and vendor relationships
Help cultivate a culture of innovation, teamwork, and culinary excellence within the kitchen

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a similar Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
Proven ability to collaborate with and support the Executive Chef in managing a large culinary team
Strong background in upscale fine dining establishments
A creative mindset with a passion for staying current with culinary trends
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
