We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a well-established growing company. The ideal candidate for the CNC Programmer will be proficient with coding while having the ability to produce products from various materials.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machining centers.
• Create and optimize complex CNC programs using advanced languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
• 5+ years of experience
• Develop and document CNC programs, including setup sheets and operation instructions.
• Implement quality control measures, including programming Coordinate Measuring Machines
• Experience with Makino Pro5/Pro6 or Fanuc Controls
• Apply machining knowledge, including speeds and feeds, tool geometry design, and jig/fixture design.
• Utilize machine shop mathematics and trigonometry to maintain specified tolerances.
• Experience with Siemens NX preferred
CNC Programmer Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly salary range of $60K – $80K, based on experience
