Senior Restaurant Manager manages and executes all front of house functions according to established procedures with the direction of the Operating Partner. Senior Restaurant Manager is a lead front-of-house management role.
Senior Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Articulate clearly to team members, other members of management, and our guests
- Supervises and facilitates training of all team members
- Supports the execution of inventory
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to ten hours in length each shift
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including a wok, mixer, slicer, as well as have the ability to use knives appropriately
Senior Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in restaurant management
- Experience in a hands-on, fast-paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication skills to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams
- Experience working in upscale casual corporate restaurant chain, with established processes, systems, and accustomed to corporate structure and protocols
