As a member of the R&D Team, the Culinary Specialist supports culinary development in Mexican and Asian cuisine under the direction and support of our Director of Culinary Innovation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a deep understanding of culinary trends, consumer preferences, and food science. This role involves developing new food products, improving existing ones, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills. This individual will be expected to lead product development projects from concept to launch, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.

Culinary Specialist Responsibilities & Qualifications
· Remains current and actively grows and demonstrates knowledge of the entire kitchen, supplies,
ingredients, and preparation.
· Partners with Marketing and Supply Chain teams on briefs targeted to the strategic alignment of company
goals and objectives.
· Develops gold standard products for the purpose of commercialization with vendor partners.
· Lead best in class behaviors with a focus on operational excellence and quality assurance.
· Plan and implemented operational procedures, processes, and systems.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to bring
innovative food concepts to life
