Brand new Fine Dining Restaurant is seeking a Beverage Director to lead their team in St. Augustine. This requires a strong leader with a "can-do" attitude who understands New Restaurant Openings.

Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Lead all Beverage aspects at the concept.
- Ability to function as a floor manager in addition to Beverage Director.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence between outlets/leaders.
- Create SOPs and guide the team to excellence.
- Enforce all company policies.
- Ability to facilitate Beverage/Wine tastings and classes.
Beverage Director Qualifications:
- Strong New Restaurant Opening Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Fine Dining or Upscale Casual GM experience.
- NRO experience is a plus
- Sommelier certificate and experience running bar programs.
- Skilled at hiring and training new staff.
- Must have a working relationship with local liquor vendors.
