We are a Florida-based hospitality group seeking a Chief Operating Officer in the Fort Lauderdale area for our Full Service restaurants. Over the years, our restaurants have received recognition for excellence throughout the market! We offer a scratch, unique menu, and a memorable dining experience. Chief Operating Officer Benefits:
- Excellent Base pay up to $200,000 depending on experience

Chief Operating Officer Qualifications:
- Effective communicator that can make complicated issues understandable
- The ability to see the big picture and manage the small details
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in hospitality or business administration with an advanced degree or M.B.A preferred
- 10+ years in the Restaurant Industry with a progressive resume
- 3+ years of Senior Director/Vice President/COO Experience
- Ability to identify opportunities and create and execute goals to improve the process
- Attracting and developing top talent with a proven approach to succession planning and companywide growth
- Desire to be in the field working in restaurants, not in an office!
- The ability to travel between the 4 locations from Fort Lauderdale to Miami
