ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER BENEFITS:

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee performance review process for all employees
Work hand-in-hand with General Manager to deliver disciplinary write-ups and terminations
Ensure all new hires are thoroughly trained on the expectations of service standards
Implement operating standards for the service team
Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of restaurant management experience
3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
Must-Have Beverage Knowledge and Experience
Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
