A premier franchise group is seeking a General Manager in Training who is adaptable, self-motivated, and has a passion for customer service. All General Managers must be able to run an efficient and profitable operation through achieving and maintaining high standards of customer relations, product quality, cleanliness, safety, and staffing.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

· 2 years of restaurant management experience

· Must be at least 21+ years of age with valid driver's license

· Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people-first culture

· Develop the team and provide paths for growth within the company

· Establish and build community relations

· Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment
