Requirements for Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef:
- Previous management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to management
- Commitment to supporting the team and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven experience in managing staff and controlling costs
- Availability for nights and weekends with a flexible schedule
