Catering Assistant Manager Benefits:

Campus Dining Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • ServSafe Certification
  • Associates degree in food service, related field, or 5 yrs relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in catering/food service management
  • High-volume catering background, preferred

Campus Dining Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train, supervise unit employees (students, unions, and student managers)
  • Implement operational procedures and programs related to catering ops and events
  • Conduct/delegates daily pre-service, line checks, station inspections, and table visits.
