Catering Assistant Manager Benefits:

Campus Dining Assistant Manager Requirements:
- ServSafe Certification
- Associates degree in food service, related field, or 5 yrs relevant work experience
- 2+ years of progressive experience in catering/food service management
- High-volume catering background, preferred
Campus Dining Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, supervise unit employees (students, unions, and student managers)
- Implement operational procedures and programs related to catering ops and events
- Conduct/delegates daily pre-service, line checks, station inspections, and table visits.
