Our Latin Flavored Fast Casual restaurant brand is seeking a high-energy leader to manage restaurant operations. Our ideal candidate has the desire to mentor and develop others and believes that success comes by putting your team members first!

 

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create a restaurant business plan by analyzing P&L data and sales projections
  • Effectively manage all FOH and BOH operations
  • Execute all human resources tasks: recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing all training initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage all team members and customers
  • Able to resolve all service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Fast Casual restaurant general manager or GM
  • Hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and by example
  • Versatile communication style to effectively interact with all team members and customers
  • Computer savvy and able to teach and coach others
