What You'll Do:
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Manage and optimize ERP system, to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Mentor and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and production, to align operations with business goals
