Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales team's performance through effective training, support, and operational management. This role is crucial in driving sales growth by equipping team members with the necessary tools and ensuring seamless sales processes.

Sales Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new account managers and support staff have the resources needed to succeed
- Implement and continuously improve training programs on products, processes, and systems
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, updating resources on platforms like SharePoint
- Collaborate with sales and account managers to track team progress and address issues
- Oversee pricing accuracy in the AS400 system across multiple markets
- Manage sales workflows, including order processing, contract administration, and customer rebate programs
- Direct a team of analysts to identify sales growth opportunities through data analysis
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolutions
- Act as a liaison between sales operations and departments like Accounting, Credit, Quality, Production, and Logistics
- Pursue professional development relevant to the role
- Provide timely performance evaluations for direct reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Sales Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations with proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of sales technologies and training program design
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a cross-functional focus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
