An upscale casual dining favorite is seeking a talented Executive Chef whose primary focus will be to assist in creating and overseeing the execution of the menu and mentoring of the team. High-volume experience is a must.
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Over 4 years of current corporate Executive Chef
- High-volume, scratch kitchen background
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, inventory, and control systems
- Proven track records of commitment to delivering excellent food to our guests every day
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values
