Join a prestigious hotel in the metro Albany area as our Human Resources Leader. If you're passionate about creating a dynamic, efficient workplace and driving employee engagement, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do as Human Resources Leader:
- Lead HR programs to foster a positive, conflict-free environment.
- Drive talent acquisition and streamline recruitment processes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies that enhance job satisfaction.
- Oversee brand standards and corporate training initiatives.
- Manage payroll and employee records using ADP Workforce Now.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of HR Generalist experience or higher.
- Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws and union experience.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Hospitality experience and SHRM-CP certification are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
