Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years restaurant manager experience in a polished upscale or fine dining setting
- a restaurant manager who has managed in a high volume setting exceeding $6M /annual revenue
- Scratch kitchen and bar experience are a must
- Restaurant manager who is a confidant and motivational leader and experienced in training and team development
- Experience with Restaurant manager administrative duties; scheduling, inventory, etc
