Looking for a pleasant & dynamic personality for an upscale/fine dining Restaurant Manager role. This role comes with good benefits & great work culture.
Responsibilities of Fine Dining/Upscale Manager:
- Managing the staff of the restaurant with positive engagement, transparent expectations, consistent feedback, and professionalism
- Work with the Executive Chef and the Corporate team on food and beverage direction, offerings, and experience
- Manage the financials including inventory, ordering, and pour cost

- 2+ years of leadership in an independent full-service cafe/lounge
- Great knowledge of wine and spirits
- Great at craft cocktails
- In Depth Knowledge SW cuisine and artisanal foods
