One of Florida's most revered restaurants is looking for an engaging and energetic Sous Chef for the opportunity of a lifetime! Assist in leading operations of a legendary kitchen with a large staff at a high volume location.
Sous Chef Compensation:
- Healthy Base + attainable bonus

Sous Chef Responsibilities and requirements:
- Report to and assist the executive chef and Executive Sous Chef in creating and maintaining amazing culinary experiences
- Support the consistent execution of food recipes and plate presentations
- Hire, train and develop team members
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness and safety protocols
- 2 years+ culinary management experience in a high volume scratch kitchen, managing 10–20 cooks per shift
- Systematic and process focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
