Amazing opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager with a background in Fine Dining! A locally owned and operated restaurant group is seeking a passionate, talented, and driven, but humble General Manager to manage an extremely busy upscale location in Fort Wayne.

Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits

Restaurant Manager Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • 2 +years in a high volume ($5M+) polished/ fine dining environment
  • Hands on and motivational leadership style – General Manager demonstrates hospitality in all areas of operation
  • General manager has experience in managing cost controls and working with budgets
  • General manager works to exceed expectations in delivering the amazing guest and employee experiences
