Great opportunity to join a successful management team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept hospitality group. This is the chance for a driven, energetic personality with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong Food & Beverage Director for a beautiful hotel property in South Beach.
Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations as an F&B Director for this busy luxury hotel
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience as the F&B Assistant General Manager
Food & Beverage Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years of F&B Director experience, in a high-volume very upscale hotel environment
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
- Great tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
