Seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Assistant Director of Nursing Benefits:

Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications:

  • Licensed RN in good standing in the State of Virginia
  • 2+ years of Senior Living experience: required
  • 2+ years of Skilled Nursing experience: preferred
  • 1+ years of management experience

Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in providing all levels of resident care, safety, and compliance
  • Perform assessments for prospective residents as well as plan of care changes
  • Supervise and Counsel shift personnel to maintain effective and efficient operation of department
  • Communicate to DON any critical incidents or changes in condition pertaining to personnel and/or residents
