Director of Beverage Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain beverage portfolio and national accounts
- Curate a diverse and innovative selection of beverages, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options
- Collaborate with culinary and operations team to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience
- Train and mentor staff on beverage offerings, service standards, and presentation
- Responsible for all beverage development for existing and new restaurant concepts, ensuring the group stays on the forefront of beverage trends
Director of Beverage Qualifications:
- Ability to relocate to Columbus, OH
- Level 1 Sommelier or higher certification
- 7+ years as a Director managing and building teams
- 5+ years working on the beverage side of the business
- Deep knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, wines, and spirits
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed
