Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 2 years+ full service experience as Kitchen Manager
- Have a passion for developing your team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
- Have impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
- Support your team in providing an exceptional guest experience
- Hands on mentality with a positive attitude
- ServSafe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain one
